Encourage the Growth of Startup Based on Local Wisdom, PT Timah Tbk Again Presents Tinskubator Batch II

PANGKALPINANG – Supporting the growth of a new startup for millennials in the company's operational area, PT Timah Tbk again presents Tinskubator Batch II. Through Tinskubator, PT Timah Tbk wants to bring new entrepreneurs from millennials who are able to produce products with local wisdom to drive the community economy.

Tinskubator is an effort by PT Timah in collaboration with digital ecosystem activists in Indonesia. Through this program is expected to bring many new product innovations for millennials, as well as increase the utilization of digital technology with the spirit of local wisdom.

Last year, through Tinskubator Batch 1 PT Timah Tbk has incubated eight teams based on the results of the selection. Where the eight teams are currently growing in their respective efforts.

PT Timah Tbk again provides an opportunity for millennials who want to develop product ideas and innovations that utilize technology to join tinskubator Batch II starting from November 3 to November 30, 2021.

Tempestuous the spirit of local wisdom, PT Timah Tbk invites millennials who want to propose innovation in the fields of renewable energy, mining, waste management, forestry and agriculture, education, marine, and other innovations can register through this program both individually and in groups.

Tinskubator is a forum for millennials in Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Riau Province, and Riau Kepualuan Province to develop ideas and innovations that will be fostered by professional mentors. Where the incubation system is run through various stages.

Anggi explained the selected applicants will get intensive training and education for six months.

"At Tinskubator, participants will get tiered training that begins with the validation of ideas, human resource development, marketing, product prototypes, to products that are expected to have an impact on the socio-economic community," said Anggi.

Meanwhile, Tinskubator Facilitator Alfajri Hulvi said that currently all parties are required to provide services digitally, this is in accordance with the needs of today's society. So that creative and solutive business is needed to boost the economy.
