PANGKALPINANG -- The Environmental Social Responsibility (TJSL) program is an important concept in company operations, for this reason, PT Timah is committed to implementing the TJSL program in a sustainable manner which is implemented in the company's operational areas.
In implementing the TJSL program, PT Timah ensures that the company's activities do not only focus on profit but also make a positive contribution to the environment and social welfare.
In the first quarter of 2024, PT Timah distributed TJSL funds amounting to IDR 6 billion which are intended for CSR programs and Micro Small Enterprise Funding (PUMK).
The TJSL Program for Members of the MIND ID Mining Industry Holding in the first quarter of 2024 has involved 907 people including individuals and communities.
Apart from that, the TJSL program implemented by PT Timah touches various sectors ranging from education, economy, health, infrastructure, social, and culture.
PT Timah's TJSL program is also in line with the company's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Various TJSL programs implemented by PT Timah are also integrated with community economic empowerment programs.
PT Timah also collaborates with various community groups, regional governments, and stakeholders in implementing the Company's TJSL program. This is to support the effectiveness of the program being run.
