KARIMUN -- In order to support and celebrate the 23rd Anniversary of Karimun Regency on Wednesday (12/10/2022), PT Timah Tbk handed over assistance to the Regional Government of Karimun Regency, Friday (7/10/2022).
This assistance was handed over by the Head of the Kundur Production Unit, Ari Wibowo, who was accepted by the Department of Industry and Trade and was accompanied by the Regent of Karimun, Aunur Rafiq. This assistance is the company's support for the celebration of the 23rd Anniversary of Karimun Regency.
Karimun Regent, Aunur Rafiq appreciated PT Timah for its assistance and support to the Regional Government and also to the people of Karimun Regency in general.
Rafiq said that during the celebration of the 23rd anniversary of Karimun Regency, the regional government has prepared various activities.
"Because the Covid-19 pandemic is now under control, we will carry out activities in the framework of the 23rd Karimun Regency Anniversary, such as the Karimun Expo, Leisure Street, and others," he said.
He hopes that PT Timah Tbk can continue to exist and develop so that it can continue to contribute to support regional development and contribute to society.
"Many social activities have been carried out by PT Timah that target the community directly. Hopefully, PT Timah will continue to advance and develop," he said.
