PANGKALPINANG – PT Dok dan Perkapalan Air Kantung (PT DAK) marks its 29th anniversary on February 1, 2025. Under the theme Collaborative and Innovative, this subsidiary of PT Timah Tbk is celebrating the milestone with a series of social initiatives.
The anniversary celebrations began with a blood donation drive in collaboration with the Pangkalpinang City Red Cross (PMI) on Friday (31/1/2025).
Through this initiative, PT DAK and PMI Pangkalpinang successfully collected dozens of blood bags, which will be distributed to those in need.
In addition to the blood donation event, PT DAK will also provide educational assistance and staple food packages to communities around the company’s operational area.
During the blood donation event, PT DAK’s President Director, Bambang Wibisono, shared that the 29th-anniversary celebrations will continue until February 8.
On this occasion, he expressed his hope that PT DAK will remain focused and continue innovating to become a trusted shipyard company for customers and business partners, in line with its motto SPEED & QUALITY, which signifies PT DAK’s commitment to delivering fast and high-quality services.
Amid ongoing industry dynamics and challenges, he remains optimistic that PT DAK will continue to improve its performance by the company’s established Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).
