Building Harmonization and Togetherness with PT Timah's Worker Unions towards Company Success

PANGKALPINANG -- Workers' Unions are the company's strategic partners in running the organization to achieve the company's vision and mission.

Providing harmonious, conducive, and synergistic industrial relations with labor unions is one of PT Timah's commitments to accelerate the company's progress.

Prioritizing a spirit of togetherness and trust, and building a joint commitment to create a good partnership between management and all employees continues to be encouraged by PT Timah Tbk.

PT Timah has two labor unions, namely the Timah Employees Association (IKT) and the Timah Employees Association (PKT), which are the company's partners in running the company.

Fulfillment of employee rights is contained in the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB). Through the PKB PT Timah ensures the rights and obligations between employees and the company by fostering a sense of mutual understanding, respect, and trust to support the progress of PT Timah Tbk.

PT Timah President Director Ahmad Dani Virsal said PT Timah continues to prioritize the spirit of togetherness and trust, building a joint commitment to create a good partnership between management and all employees.

Dani added that he appreciated the dedication of the employees who have supported the company to achieve optimal productivity so that employees are more prosperous and the company is more advanced.

Meanwhile, the General Chair of the Timah Employees Association, Irfan Yuliandri, said that IKT and Management always work in synergy to remember the glory of the company, collaborate, and participating together to help management face the problems facing it to achieve success of the company and the welfare of its members.

"The industrial relationship between IKT and Management has been going well, but when there are differences in understanding, IKT will continue to interact, discuss and provide aspirations," he said.

According to him, with good industrial relations harmony, harmony, and justice will be created so that there are no fundamental differences which will make the relationship between IKT and the company run well.

He hopes that during this Labor Day, employees will be cared for and more prosperous.
