BELITUNG - The owner of the Erwin Kampung Chicken Egg Business has succeeded in developing a family-owned business by utilizing PT Timah Tbk's Micro Small Business Funding (PUMK) program.
The free-range chicken egg business, which is located in Alley Rukun, Jalan Cambodia II, Pangkalalang Village, Tanjungpandan, is growing after becoming a fostered partner of PT Timah Tbk.
Erwin said that this free-range chicken egg business has been running since 2015 and has been going down and down. They sell chicken eggs in the Tanjungpandan area.
"So this is continuing the business of the late father and mother, but before that, I was not that serious, but now I'm starting to focus on starting to send seeds from Java," said Erwin.
According to Erwin, the marketing of free-range chicken eggs is for the people in the village and sold to the Tanjungpandan Market and it is still on a small scale.
He wants to develop this chicken egg business by becoming a fostered partner of PT Timah Tbk. He felt that he was fit to take advantage of PT Timah Tbk's partner program.
"So I am interested in participating in PT Timah Tbk's fostered program. Thank God this fostered program is very helpful and my village chicken egg farming business can develop and produce quite a lot now," he explained.
Therefore, with the help of the capital, he can add business capital to buy Day Old Chicken (DOC) seeds from Java Island.
Therefore, Erwin hopes that the PT Timah Tbk fostered program will continue so that it can help the community. Both in terms of coaching and business development programs.
"Hopefully this program will continue to run smoothly. I also hope that PT Timah Tbk will always help and inform the public about the existence of this program. Because the program is very helpful," he said. (*)
