GEMURUH -- Amri was able to develop a clothing business that he has been in for five years by utilizing PT Timah Tbk's Micro Small Business Funding Program ( PUMK).
Residents of Bukit Selamat, Gemuruh Village, West Kundur District, and Karimun Regency have even expanded their businesses elsewhere after becoming PT Timah Tbk's fostered partners.
Amri said he was with his brother opened this clothing business in another city and often supplies clothing needs for the shops he manages.
Previously, Amri said he had difficulty developing his business due to limited capital. However, after obtaining a capital loan from PT Timah Tbk's PUMK program, he was able to develop his business more freely, including opening new branches.
"I am constrained by limited capital to develop a business. But after receiving a capital injection from PT Timah Tbk, the desire to develop a business can be realized," he said.
According to Amri, PT Timah Tbk's PUMK program is very helpful for MSME players like them. The reason is, there are many conveniences that are obtained.
"The process is very easy and helps MSME actors to develop. Many waivers are provided," he said.
He hopes that the PUMK program can continue so that more and more MSMEs can be assisted in developing their businesses.
"Hopefully this program can continue so that people who have small businesses like us can be helped to develop," he said. (*)
