A Decade of TKPP: Fun Run, CSR Donations, and Commitment to Quality Housing

BEKASI -- PT Timah Karya Persada Properti (TKPP), a subsidiary of PT Timah Tbk in the property sector, marked its 10th anniversary with a Fun Run at the Familia Urban complex in Bekasi on Sunday (August 31, 2025).

Carrying the theme “PerfectlyStronger,” TKPP’s 10th anniversary highlighted the company’s vision to become a trusted and sustainable property developer that grows together with the community.

The Fun Run, which drew thousands of participants, symbolized togetherness, a healthy lifestyle, and TKPP’s appreciation for the community and customers who have supported the company throughout its decade-long journey.

The celebration also featured entertainment, door prizes, and a grand prize. To support local MSMEs, a community and housing tenant bazaar was also held.

On this occasion, TKPP also delivered a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program by donating 10 wheelchairs and food packages to the Indonesian Children’s Oncology Foundation and the Foundation for the Development of Disabled Children.

Since its establishment, TKPP has developed two major residential areas: Familia Urban in Bekasi and Payon Ponca in Cirendeu, South Tangerang. By optimizing a 176-hectare land bank, TKPP has provided homes that are not only livable but also carry long-term investment value.

Familia Urban is designed as a self-sustained township with a walkable neighborhood concept, green open spaces, shaded pedestrian paths, and complete facilities including commercial areas, schools, healthcare, sports, and recreation. The location is also strategic, with access to seven toll roads, flood-free zones, and connectivity to multiple transportation modes.

Over the past 10 years, TKPP has successfully launched 10 clusters and commercial areas, including the newest cluster, Alexandrite, introduced in 2025. With a Modern European design and the “Beauty of Balance” philosophy, Alexandrite offers premium homes in harmony with nature.

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, TKPP launched a special September 2025 promotion featuring an all-in payment of Rp10 million with no down payment, 100% VAT exemption, waived fees (BPHTB, AJB, BBN, PPJB), six months of free IPL, three months of free internet, and additional prizes including a kitchen set, air conditioner, electric motorbike, 70-inch TV, refrigerator, and a 5-gram gold bar.

TKPP Commissioner Luh Nyoman Puspa Dewi said the anniversary was not only a time to celebrate the company’s property journey but also to reflect on its commitment to delivering added value for communities and the environment.

She added that as a property developer, TKPP is not solely focused on physical construction but also on sustainable social development.

“We believe the company’s growth will be stronger if it goes hand-in-hand with community welfare. That is why today’s social activities and community gatherings also serve as a medium to introduce TKPP’s housing products that bring quality living to society,” she said.

TKPP President Director Abdul Kamaroes stated that the company’s first decade is a momentum to grow stronger and more sustainable.

“This anniversary is not only a reflection of our journey but also a commitment to continuously delivering modern, environmentally friendly, and investment-worthy housing. The Fun Run symbolizes togetherness, a healthy lifestyle, and our appreciation for the community,” he said.

Meanwhile, TKPP Director Candra Hadiqadriman added that the company remains committed to providing quality and sustainable housing at competitive prices.

“The property sector plays a strategic role in driving national economic growth. PT TKPP will continue to develop a sustainable and integrated real estate portfolio,” he said.

One Fun Run participant and Familia Urban resident, Hastiko, shared his positive experience of living in the township.

“Living in Familia Urban is very enjoyable because the environment is good, friendly, and peaceful. In our cluster, Darmawangsa, I think the housing quality is already very good,” he said.

He also expressed his delight about the Fun Run, which gave him the chance to connect with other residents.

“I’m very happy with this event because it lets us meet neighbors from other clusters, and there were so many door prizes. I hope TKPP continues to grow as a property developer and adds more clusters in the future,” Hastiko said.
