PT Timah is also active in implementing various community empowerment programs aimed at improving the welfare and economic independence of communities around the company's operational areas.
Some of the superior programs that have been implemented include educational scholarships that have been running for 24 years, micro and small business funding programs that have been running for 24 years, free public health service programs.
