PT Timah Tbk held the 2021 Closed Town Hall Meeting which was held in a hybrid manner with the activity center held at Graha Timah Pangkalpinang, Friday (31/12/2021). This activity was also attended by employees in all operational areas of the company.
The Town Hall Meeting in 2021 is the momentum for the first meeting of the new board of directors of PT Timah Tbk after being set at the last EGMS. This activity was also attended by the Director General of Mineral and Coal of PT Timah Tbk, Ridwan Jamaluddin.
In addition, on this occasion the President Director of PT Timah Tbk Achamad Ardianto conveyed a CEO message at the end of the year to welcome 2022. A number of important messages were conveyed on this occasion.
The man who is often called Didi, said that getting the mandate to lead tin is a great pride and challenge to develop the company. To carry out this task, he invites all tin people to fight together.

On this occasion, he conveyed a number of company performance achievements until the third quarter of 2021. In addition to performance achievements, other achievements were Proper Emas and Zero Fatality.
"The efforts to internalize Occupational Safety and Health (K3) that you have carried out so far through the tagline "Mucak Budaya K3" have yielded results, and hopefully this year we can get the Zero Fatality title," he said.
We should be grateful for this momentum considering that previously almost every year there were cases of fatalities. The achievement of zero fatality is an effort from before.
"I hope to continue to do it so that it becomes an OHS Culture and of course we increase the performance of K3 achievements in 2022," he said.

“ZERO FATALITY and PROPER GOLD are year-end gifts for all of us. We should be proud and happy for this achievement. But on the other hand, this is a challenge for all of us, to be able to maintain and improve this achievement.
