EAST BELITUNG -- PT Timah Tbk supports the Serumpun Jazz Festival activity which was held to commemorate the 151st Anniversary of Manggar City in the Golf Beach Area, Lalang, Manggar District of East Belitung, Sunday (09/10) yesterday.
Serumpun Jazz festival is an entertainment activity that includes arts, culture, music, games, and a bazaar for selling MSME products. So that the commemoration of the anniversary of Manggar City is getting more lively,
The Jazz Group also contains the Jazz Music Festival which takes the Malay Jazz Sub-theme according to the East Belitung Region which is part of the Malay family in Indonesia and carries the theme of Collaboration to Build the Country.
"We are holding a group of jazz festival activities with a series of Student Band Festivals throughout Belitong Island, kite competitions, MSME bazaars, UMKM stand competitions, Betiong music, and performances by artists from the capital city Adlani Rambe, Shabrina Leonita, Septi KDI, and Febby Bintang Pantura," said the sub-district head of Manggar Abdul Rachim, who is familiarly called Boim.
According to Boim, PT Timah Tbk is actively supporting the success of the 151st Anniversary of Manggar City.
"PT Timah Tbk plays an active role in the 151st Anniversary of Manggar City with moral and material support so that this event can be carried out smoothly," he explained.
He does not deny that the Manggar sub-district and PT Timah Tbk have always collaborated in every service and activity of the local government and social communities in the Manggar sub-district.
Then he also hopes the relationship will continue to be good and help the community in the Manggar sub-district. In addition, he also hopes that the city of Manggar will progress and develop.
